People observe technology all around them, all the time. Sometimes they do not know that they are observing technology. According to Merriam-Webster, technology is, "Applied Science." Computers are the most obvious technologies, but technology exists in the clothing we were, the streets we drive on, the cars we drive in, and even in the foods we eat. Almost every part of our lives depends on technology.
There are many types of technology, but my education and work has taken a turn towards Information Technologies, more specifically Instructional Technologies that we can use in the classroom to further enrich education while making it more effective. Most of my work has been in the online classroom and this portfolio is made up of artifacts that relate to my work in online education.
